US Truck Parts and Sales is a heavy duty truck parts and used truck dealer operating out of Dallas and Houston, Texas. We sell new, used, rebuilt, remanufactured, and recycled parts for heavy duty trucks and trailers. We have been in business since 1978.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

We make every effort to accurately describe our parts and trucks. However, because many of our products are used or pulled from vehicles, there may be variations in condition, mileage, wear, or cosmetic appearance that are not fully captured in photos or descriptions. All used parts are sold as-is unless a warranty is explicitly stated in writing at the time of sale.

We strongly recommend contacting one of our representatives to confirm part compatibility and condition before purchasing. We are not responsible for parts purchased based on incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you to either confirm the corrected price or cancel the order. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where inventory is no longer available.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card information.

6. Shipping and Freight

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. For large or heavy parts, freight shipping may be required. Freight quotes are provided separately — contact us for a quote before ordering oversized items. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is handed to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, used parts are generally sold as-is with no returns unless otherwise agreed in writing with a store representative. New and warranted parts may be eligible for return or exchange subject to the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Except where an explicit written warranty is provided at the time of sale, all products are sold "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Used and pulled parts may show signs of wear, age, or prior use — this is expected and does not constitute a defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, US Truck Parts and Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of our products, or reliance on any information provided on the Site.
