Refund Policy

At US Truck Parts and Sales, we specialize in used, pulled, and recycled heavy duty truck parts. Because of the nature of used parts, our refund policy differs from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Generally Final on Used Parts

Used, pulled, and recycled parts are sold as-is. Because these parts have been previously installed and operated, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds on used parts once a sale has been completed.

We strongly encourage all customers to verify part numbers, compatibility, and specifications with one of our representatives before purchasing to ensure the part is the correct fit for your truck.

Refunds Are Handled Case by Case

We understand that situations arise and we are committed to working with our customers fairly. Any refund, return, or exchange on a used part is handled on a case-by-case basis and must be discussed directly with a store representative.

No refund or return will be processed without prior authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

New Parts and Warranted Parts

If you purchased a new part or a part that was sold with an explicit written warranty, the following applies:

Rebuilt / remanufactured — fails within warranty Reviewed case by case Must be reported promptly, may require inspection
Used part — sold as-is Generally not eligible Contact a representative to discuss your situation
Used part — with agreed written warranty Subject to warranty terms at time of sale Proof of purchase and warranty documentation required

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Situation Reason
Part installed but incompatible due to incorrect info from customer Compatibility is the customer's responsibility to verify before purchase
Part modified, disassembled, or damaged after purchase Part condition has changed from time of sale
Customer changed their mind after sale Used parts sales are final once completed
Return not pre-authorized by a representative All returns require prior authorization
Part sold as-is with disclosed condition Condition was agreed upon at time of sale

Shipping Costs

Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable. If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by a store representative. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any authorized returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Request a Refund or Return

If you believe you have a valid reason for a return or refund, please contact us as soon as possible. Have your order number and proof of purchase ready when you reach out.
